Day 1

On arrival in Sri Lanka, you will then be escorted to the car park for your transfer to Bentota.
On arrival to The Club Villas Hotel Bentota you have the Rest of the day at leisure on the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Bentota
Evening - learn to prepare a typical Sri Lankan Rice and Curry Meal (under the guidance of a professional Sri Lankan chef) using all the traditional Sri Lankan Spices
Dinner (your Sri Lankan Special which you cooked yourself) served outdoors under the stars...

Day 2

Breakfast
This morning you will once again gather in the kitchen for the purpose of preparing yet another gourmet meal, this time it would be a western dish with a Sri Lankan touch, as in spices!
Rest of the day at leisure on the beach
Dinner and overnight at The Club Villas Hotel Bentota (small luxury boutique resort)

Day 3

After an early breakfast this morning leave for Galle.
En route, visit a turtle hatchery and witness the wonderful art of 'Toddy Tapping', where men walk in mid air from coconut tree to coconut tree on thin rope, to 'tap the toddy', have a drink of freshly tapped toddy too (if the possibility exists), the taste is a bitter sweet one, and very refreshing...!
Afterwards continue on your journey to Galle, the southern capital of Sri Lanka.
On arrival in Galle, check into your hotel, sightseeing of Galle
Proceed to the Literary Festival http://www.galleliteraryfestival.com

Day 8

After breakfast this morning leave for Colombo
En route you may visit the famous moonstone mines of Mitiyagoda
On arrival in Colombo check into your hotel
Afterwards enjoy a sightseeing tour of Colombo City
Dinner and overnight at The Trans Asia Colombo 5*

Day 9

Breakfast at the hotel
Leave for the Colombo Intl Apt in order to connect to your departure flight back home.
