Overview: Theva Residency is a 15-bedroom boutique property situated on a small plot of land in the Hanthana Mountain Range. The property is accessible within 15 minutes’ drive from Kandy city. The property is split across four levels. The whole property has been built to provide mountain view from all rooms. The rooms are filled with splash of color hand woven murals based on Kandy Perahera. The reception and dining area are on the ground floor and a small stairway leads down to the infinity pool. Outdoor dining terrace is also available on the ground floor along with scenic mountain view. The Property is ideally suited for couples and those seeking restful stay in the hills.

Note: The property is not recommendable for young children or adults with mobility problems as it does have varying heights and many stairways.

There are altogether 04 rooms categories available. All the rooms have scenic mountain view. The rooms are furnished with King Size or Queen Size beds. There are 03 Superior mountain view rooms along with private balcony and mountain view and 04 Superior Ground Floor rooms with private balconies and garden and partial mountain view. These superior rooms located on two floors, located below the reception and dining area closer to the swimming pool.

These 3 suites are located in a private corner of the property and have a splendid view of the valley. The rooms are specious compared to the other lower categories and have jacuzzies with an elevation in the room itself allowing great view of the valley.

• The Penthouse – 01

The specious top floor apartment providing panoramic views, and has a bedroom comprised with King-sized bed, living area, bar, Kitchen. Butler service is also available. The ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi. Extra beds are providing on request.
